DETAILS:

• You must make an in-store purchase
• You will be reimbursed up to $15 for your purchase
• You MUST have the employee’s name. If they are not wearing a nametag you must ask
• You must make a phone call to your assigned location on the same day, AFTER your in-store visit.
• There are two timing questions asked on the survey regarding your in-store visit.
•  1. How long did it take to be greeted & 2. Time to be assisted during your visit
• Required Pictures- Curb appeal and a receipt
