I have several storage inspections in NJ, TX, CA, MA, NY, NH, and PA.  No purchase and no mystery shop.  These are revealed inspections that require you to verify a checklist given by the company.  They take about 1.5 hours per location and pay starts at $45.  All locations have at least a $15 bonus.  New inspectors are also given a $20 training bonus for their first successful inspection.
