Store Visit and Purchase

Confirm the store hours before traveling to the store. Travel to the store and note the cleanliness of the location. Engage with an associate. Note the customer service received after asking the 6 required questions listed in the instructions. Remember to ask all questions included in the scenario. This information will be needed for the shop report. Make a small purchase of any item to obtain a receipt as proof of shop. Take an exterior image of the store, as well, and submit it to the report.

Payment: Flat payment of $10.00, plus reimbursement up to $20.00
