The COMET Mystery Rider Shops

Evaluate the quality of the service provided by The COMET to its 

riding public, including rider experience, fare collection, and operator conduct. You will be 

required to ride the COMET bus route (ONE WAY ONLY) and evaluate the operator for driving, 

customer service, stop/intersection announcements, and driving skills.
