Union City Transit is Looking for Mystery Shoppers

"We are looking for people to evaluate the quality of the service provided by Union City Transit to its riding 

public to include rider experience, fare collection, and operator conduct. You will be required to ride 

the Union City Transit bus route (ONE WAY ONLY) and evaluate the operator for driving, customer 

service, stops/intersection announcements, and driving skills. Persons with disabilities are welcome to 

participate in these shops. "
