URGENT Eyewear shops in IL - $150 plus $300 reimbursement

ISC-CX is looking for evaluators for our vision shops.  Shopper must have vision insurance and need an eye exam and a new pair of glasses.   Shopper will be reimbursed $300 over what insurance covers and a $150 fee.  Must call and make appointment as soon assigned.
