Valet Parking Audits

Valet integrity (cash) parking audit of the main entrance valet at a Hospital in Concord MA. Valet fee is $10, up to $2 in cash tips is allowed. 

This valet audit may only be performed between the hours of 9AM- 1PM on a weekday Monday- Friday. You are required to valet park for a minimum of 45 minutes- 1 hour, though you can stay longer if needed. Testing customer service for the valet experience and integrity of the cash payment.
