Shop Overview:

This mystery shop is very short, quick and easy through the Drive-Thru only. (No motorcycles or mopeds allowed.) There are no narratives, a handful of YES/NO questions and photos required. These shops pay a flat fee, inclusive of food purchase.

Client requires reports to be submitted within 60 minutes (except in rare instances of poor wifi, etc., in which case you may submit after leaving, so long as its reported within an hour.

Required Photos:

• Drive-thru menu board and speaker post
• Drive-thru lane, on approach to pick-up window
• Drive thru window
• Image of food in the bag, as you received it.
• Image of food in wrappers, but removed from bag
• Image of food unwrapped and opened up (with burrito cut in half, if ordered)
• Picture of building exterior
• Picture of parking area
• Photo of advertising elements
• Picture of receipt
  
  Required Timings:
• The time from reaching the order menu board (where you place your order) to when you arrive in front of the drive thru window.
• The time from reaching the drive thru window to when you are handed your food.
  
  Shop Notes:
• All required photos must be submitted
