Travel Center Stops
shop Overview:
For this evaluation you will performing a review of the interior and exterior facilities, as well as the customer service of your assigned Travel Stop (T-Stop). You will then be evaluating the customer experience and facility cleanliness of the restaurant(s) at your assigned location.
You will make 1 dine-in (carry out) and 1 drive-thru purchase (if applicable), and then observe any additional restaurant concepts your assigned location may have (maximum possible is 3) without making a purchase.
Please consult the location sticky note to see which, if any, restaurant(s) you will need to evaluate at this location.
Reimbursement, purchase is your choice!:
Up to $5.00 for store purchase
Up to $10.00 for the dine in (carry out) restaurant purchase. Please make sure to order a sandwich and/or fries
Up to $10.00 for the drive thru restaurant purchase (if they have one). Please make sure to order a sandwich and/or fries
**If your location has a drive thru, the inside and drive thru restaurant must be the same.
